Welcome to the website of the Jersey Surf Kayak Club. On these pages you will be able to find out everything about the club including competition reports, news on the team and an extensive gallery of club members, many of whom were part of the World Championship winning Jersey Surf Kayak Team surfing their home breaks and on trips abroad.
To surf with club members, you don't have to be a member, however members of the club enjoy the benefits of using an old German bunker at Le Port for storage of boats/boards, we are currently in the process of trying to find an efficient locking system for it, as well as installing racks and lights to ensure the bunker is easy to use and safe to store equipment. Members also get to use the hospital gym twice a week. These regular gym sessions have ensured members of the team are fit enough to compete and be successful at World level. These sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5.30ish to 7.00.

The
club was set up in 1995 to support the Jersey Surf Kayak Team, by
funding and by holding ranking competitions. This support has proved
invaluable to the team throughout the years, and would have been impossible
without the continuing support of members, both paddling and non-paddling.
The club doesn't hold specific sessions, however people are always
welcome to come and surf with us. You can expect to see us in St Ouen's
bay on most weekends.
